How we grew our client’s job-related content platform from 3,815 to 156,975 monthly organic visits and increased TOP3 visibility by over 1,000 keywords.

This project shows how a consistent SEO strategy and a well-structured content process can rapidly scale the visibility of a new website. In a relatively short time, we moved from marginal traffic to more than 150,000 monthly organic visits.

Client: the largest classifieds platform in Poland

Our client is a major Polish online platform that launched a new content initiative focused on topics such as work, salaries, professional development, and the job market as a whole.

The goal was clear: build a strong, authoritative content site from the ground up and position it as one of the leading sources of information in the “career” category.

The challenge: How to build visibility in a competitive segment when launching a new website from scratch?

When we started in April 2022, the project had almost no presence in Google:

Only 17 keywords in Google’s TOP3

Just 3,815 monthly organic visits

No content strategy

No tools or features that could generate meaningful traffic

Strong market competition from job boards, HR portals, and major news sites

Our task was to give the project structure, direction, and the pace needed to grow. From the very beginning, we knew that three things would be crucial:

  1. A long-term strategy with room for iteration
  2. Solid execution across content, technical work, tools, and delivery
  3. Agility – the ability to react quickly to trends, algorithm updates, and market shifts.

Strategy: How we built visibility?

What exactly we did:
SEO audit and competitor analysis – this gave us a clear picture of where we stood and which areas would deliver the biggest impact.
SEO migration – we moved the site to a new domain and structure. With zero losses – in fact, the migration gave us a solid boost right from the start.
Content strategy and production – we planned what to publish, when, and why. We handled the entire process end to end: guidelines for copywriters, coordination, publishing, and ongoing strategy updates.
Tool development – we built salary calculators, labour-market analysis tools, and a CV creator. Today, they account for almost 50% of all organic traffic.
Technical SEO – we supported key implementations, evaluated wireframes, ran tests, and made sure nothing on the technical side blocked growth.

Our approach was built on SEO best practices and years of experience in highly competitive markets. The result? Every Google update worked in our favour – which, let’s be honest, is far from common.
