  • analysis and statistics on how the website is used and – the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). The legitimate interest of the controller lies in the optimization of the website. The processed data in this respect are IP address, type of web browser, time and date of visit, as well as other information collected through cookies of analytical tools.   • customizing content to user preferences – the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). The legitimate interest of the controller lies in the marketing of services. The data processed in this respect are: IP address, activity history, demographic data, as well as other information collected through marketing tool cookies.

Personal data may only be shared with entities that are necessary for the fulfilment of specific processing purposes, i.e. IT service providers, hosting companies, providers of analytical and marketing tools that support website optimization and content personalization.
